[Building Sakai] Z39.50 Cross Search

*Mame Awa Diop and **Jean-Yves Côté from * HEC Montréal gave a talk on 
such a connector for the existing Citations List helper at last year's 
Sakai conference. They had plans to contribute the code back to the 
community.
