[Building Sakai] JMX performance concerns

Hi Alan,

With Java 1.5.0_21 (most recent 1.5 version), I'm getting the same
thing. I've pasted a snip of stdout during start-up [2].

This JVM's tuning [1] works fine in production.

Thanks,
Branden
