[Building Sakai] Sakai overwrites CAS SessionID

Dear Friends,

       I have CASified Sakai 2.6.1 using instructions in 
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/~steve.swinsburg/CASifying+Sakai.

       I have  observed that Sakai is overwriting CAS's SessionID.This is 
creating an issue where when our another web application is authenticated by 
CAS and when we access Sakai,it overwrites the existing SessionID, which is 
not desirable.

      Is there anyway to avoid Sakai overwriting CAS's SessionID ?. Please 
kindly help us in resolving this issue.
