[Building Sakai] Release: Search 1.2.0-rc03

Hi All,

Search 1.2.0-rc03 has been released. This is the latest bugfix release
in the search service targeted for the upcoming 2.7 release. This
release addresses 3 issues. All of them are aimed at eliminating
potential resource leaks identified by the static code review:
