[Building Sakai] Thin Client Support for Tests & Quizzes

Hi Karen,

We will try to replicate the issue and grab as much information as possible.
The thin clients were locked-down so much that even staff could not retrieve
the info, which is not the case anymore.

This message was mostly aimed at other school that would have the same kind
of setup, to see if there was a quick fix or if they experienced something
similar.
