[Building Sakai] iTunesU: Jira and Contrib locations

This is terrific Anthony. Thank you.

I suppose it is time to more formally introduce the NYU work with
regard to the iTunesU tool. We are actively using the iTunesU tool in
a Sakai 2.x environment (currently 2.6) in support of our Dental
school courses. A handful of local improvements have been requested by
our faculty to improve the organization of content in Sakai and
iTunesU. Unicon will be assisting us with these improvements.

I'll be honest that I'm still digging out from the holiday break,
which ended for us on Monday. Once we get the iTunesU work underway
again I anticipate updating confluence and jira to reflect our work.
We will be coding in a branch and will contribute back any fixes or
improvements we make.

Best,
Max
