[Building Sakai] Duplicate Site

Sam:

We have tested 2.6.x, 2.6.1 and 2.7.0b02 tag, and verified that resources
are duplicated in duplicated sites, and attachments in duplicated sites are
pointing to the new urls. Announcement, Assignment and wiki are tested.

If possible, could you please grant me a temporal access to your test
server so that I can verify the bug?
