[Building Sakai] Export sites from 2.4 & import to 2.6

Hi Pat

You can certainly archive a site from 2.4 and import it into 2.6. It  
*should* work ok unless the formats have changed.

You can do this from the Admin Workspace.

Let us know if you have any problems. Alternatively we could work  
through the db upgrade
