I was looking at the /tmp directory this morning and see a huge list files that look like this format - hash-filename-extension
examples :
a4c22327-e0df-4fa0-a2e2-bfa0043e4897-teaching children to care- section 2.docx
72704 Oct 22 2008 a4f1c481-2dd4-437b-b5b3-7e0d652eaeaf-AP1SI_wks10.doc
a4f1c481-2dd4-437b-b5b3-7e0d652eaeaf-AP1SI_wks10_answerkey.doc
a few Gig worth actually.
So I'm wondering how I can tell if these are in fact tmp files and can be removed, or if I have something mis-configured and all the content hosting files are getting dumped here.
