[Building Sakai] Confluence upgrade / SSL certs for Jira/Confluence (31 Dec 2010)

Confluence will be upgraded to version 3.4 on Friday, 31 December, commencing at 10 PM PST.  The maintenance window is 4 hours (although it is anticipated that the upgrade will be completed within a couple of hours).  During the upgrade Confluence will be unavailable.

Additionally, SSL certificates have been obtained for both Jira and Confluence and will be applied at this time also.
