[Building Sakai] search-scope-2-5-x.diff not able to patch 2.6.3 sakai

Dear All,
I am running 2.6.3 and unable apply patch search-scope-2-5-x.diff[
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-15634]. It fails. Can some one tell
me how to apply it successfully.
