[Building Sakai] Upgrading Message Center from 2.7.0 to 2.7.3

Omer,

The conversion scripts for msgcntr is located at https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//msgcntr/trunk/messageforums-hbm/src/sql/

There is a small conversion script: mfr_conversion_271-272.sql

If you are running MySql, the number one issue w/Msgcntr has been missing indexes. So make sure you have all the indexes in mfr_conversion_26x-27x.sql
