[Building Sakai] Sub-site Schedules

Hi Jaques,

I'd suggest making this a configurable option, if you'd like to see it merged back into the Sakai code base. I could think of a couple ways to do this:
	1) Create a new permission for the child sites: calendar.parentView
	2) Enable/disable from sakai.properties: calendar.parentView = true

The first option would probably be preferable as the most flexible.

If any user (member of both sites) then log into the parent site that user sees both schedules. But if a user that is only a member of the parent site log in he/she will only see the parent schedule and not the child site schedule.
