[Building Sakai] Release: Sakai Kernel 1.1.10

 A new version of the 1.1 series of the Sakai Kernel has been released!

Version:
Kernel  1.1.10

 Description:
 The Sakai kernel provides core functionality for the Sakai 2 framework.
The 1.1 series of kernels are targeted at the 2.7 versions of Sakai.

 Works with:
 Sakai 2.7

 Database upgrade:
 There is no database upgrade required that is specific to this release.

 Availability:

 Highlights:
1.1.10 is an off cycle release to support December deployments by the
Universities of Cape Town and Michigan.  As such it constitutes a
compatible bug fix release and a preview of the kernel likely to be
released with a Sakai 2.7.2
