[Building Sakai] Openfire XMPP server released under Apache license

Hi all,

The Openfire java XMPP server has recently been relicensed under Apache 2.0:

This opens up intriguing possibilities for bundling an XMPP server with Sakai 2 or 3 to handle chat, presence and other XMPP-based services (e.g. voice).
