[Building Sakai] free dav client?

We use a two-software solution: 

Cyberduck for MAC: http://cyberduck.ch/

and Bitkinex for WIN: http://bitkinex.com/ftphome

Both are free and both are tested and work well with our CLE versions of Sakai 2.6 and 2.7.
