[Building Sakai] Changing Kernel version in existing Sakai install

I tried to changed the sakai.kernel.version to 1.1.9 from our current 
value 1.1.8. in master/pom.xml and recompiled the Sakai..

When I restart the Tomcat.. I am getting

2010-08-26 16:03:38,559 ERROR main 
org.sakaiproject.util.NoisierDefaultListableBeanFactory - Failed to 
preinstantiate the singleton named 
org.sakaiproject.archive.api.ArchiveService. Destroying all Spring beans.

Am I missing something here?
