[Building Sakai] VelocityServlet Error in Site Info v 2.7.0

Hi Doreen,

This looks like http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-18878 

You can probably work around it by changing the site description through the Admin Sites tool.

We see the following error under Site Info for one of our courses.  Any Suggestions?
