[Building Sakai] Is the 2.7.1 version available?

Hi everybody.

I can see that there is actually a 2.7.1 tag of Sakai in 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/tags/sakai-2.7.1/ and in the 
JIRA page of the 2.7.1 version 
(http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK/fixforversion/11832) there are 
159 resolved issues out of 159.

I haven't seen any official announcement. Does this mean that 2.7.1 is 
already released?
