[Building Sakai] Changing Site Alias

Looks like the same thing Steve reported against 
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-15883.

Unfortunately, I doubt the alternative 
(http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-14910) applies cleanly anymore. 
But you could give it a try.
