[Building Sakai] Changing Site Alias

Think I found a bug - or maybe I don't understand the functionality.
 
Created a site alias - TestA for a course, tested it and it works.
Changed that site alias to a new one - TestB and that works
Changed it back to TestA and I get : Alert: Alias TestA already exists.
 
I checked in the SAKAI_ALIAS and SAKAI_ALIAS_PROPERTY tables and sure enough they're still there.
 
running Sakai 2.7.0 / site-manage is as v.81434 if that helps/makes a difference
