[Building Sakai] Blackboard 8 to Sakai 2.7

Is what you want. Even thought the code says Blackboard 6, it does work with archives and exports from 8 and I just saw today, that it works with exports from Blackboard 9!

You'll need to check out 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/migration/trunk/import-parsers/blackboard_6/
into your 
sakai-src/archive 
directory and build both the api and impl dirs.

You may need to update the pom.xml files to be compatible with your version of Sakai to get them to build.
