[Building Sakai] Blackboard 8 to Sakai 2.7

Hi,
I'm at Miami University in Oxford, OH, and we're about to move from Blackboard 8.0 to Sakai 2.7.  Is there any existing tool for migrating courses from Bb 8 to Sakai 2.7 (or earlier Sakai versions)?  I could find some references to Blackboard 6 migration, but nothing current or the steps required to make it work.  If you don't any information available, would please share with us?
