[Building Sakai] Web Content Weirdness

Anybody seen this before?

Modify !user by adding a web content tool. Make sure to name the tool.
Delete a user's My Workspace and then login as that user

On my 2.7.x instance the Web Content tool loses its name and defaults 
back to Web Content. This is a real pain if you are using My Workspace 
as a place to link to library and webmail resources, as I am.

Strange isn't it? If nobody's JIRA'd it I will.
