[Building Sakai] why samigo is samigo in sakai 2.7, not test & quizzes any more as 2.6

Hi, Is there anybody who knows how to change samigo to test & quizzes in
sakai 2.7. I checked the sakai.samigo.tool.xml, it looks alright to me.

(‘Samigo’ appears instead of ‘Tests & Quizzes’ everywhere in the site: Edit
tools, left navigation, etc.)
