[Building Sakai] Too many open files?

Just because the sytem file limit is high doesn't mean that any individual
process limit is (especially if you are not root).

Try putting 'ulimit -n 10000' (max 10,000 open files) in the script that
actually launches the jvm before the call to the jvn.
