[Building Sakai] News Title and News URL - Changing the values

is the News Title still configurable in sakai.properties? I have found how to change the Url with the setting below. But it does not seem to work for the Title. 

wsetup.config.tool.attribute_sakai.news=channel-url 
wsetup.config.tool.attribute.default_sakai.news= http://www.sakaiproject.org/news-rss-feed
