[Building Sakai] Maven 2.2.1

Works ok for me on k2. I'm also using java 6 which avoided a windows jvm bug k2 was hitting.

I've built sakai 2 trunk with 2.2.1 but haven't actually run the build yet. (I think there's supposed to be java 6 issues with sakai 2?)

My current setup is:

P:\>mvn -v

Java version: 1.6.0_16
Java home: D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16\jre
Default locale: en_AU, platform encoding: Cp1252

My MAVEN_OPTS are -Xms256m -Xmx768m -XX:PermSize=64m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
