[Building Sakai] is there a property for emailFromReplyable ?

Hi,

   To fulfill our local requirement,  I need to modify the 
kernel/kernel-component/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/event-components.xml  
file and set
        <property name="emailFromReplyable"> <value>true</value>     
    instead of false.
  

   I was wondering if there is a property somewhere that I could change 
without having to changing the kernel  code.
