[Building Sakai] Turn-it-in Websphere Issue

Hi Deyaa,

This sounds like a turnitin configuration issue rather than a websphere
specific issue I would turn on debug loging for the module:

log.config.count=1
log.config.1=DEBUG.org.sakaiproject.contentreview

This should give you the specific error from turnitin
