[Building Sakai] Turn-it-in Websphere Issue

Hi,

I'm a student at Marist College currently working on enabling Sakai Contrib
tools on Websphere. I am currently working on enabling the Turn-it-in tool
on Websphere, however, I am getting the following error in the
contentreview_item table:

Class creation error: Class creation call to Turnitin API failed


The only information in the logs is as follows:

encountered this error in the past?
