[Building Sakai] virtual meetings/ video conferencing feature in sakai

Hi team,

I want to know is it possible to carry virtual meetings/ video conferencing
in sakai.

And also -> Portal Configuration

è Prerequisites on Learning Object

è Versioning in course management

è Certification/Compliance Management

è Formal and Informal Learning

è Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

è Authentication (SSO)

Please all these features are possible or not let me know if anybody have an idea for the same.

If yes can anyone help me with this or give me starting point.
