[Building Sakai] Duplicate Site content ordering

Hi all,

When we duplicate sites, the order of the resources do not copy with them.

I'm trying to figure out how to set the "priority" on a piece of content 
but I can't find anything definitive.

I see ContentCollectionEdit.setPriorityMap(Map), but I'm not sure how to 
construct that Map from the old collection.

Does anyone have any advice? I can submit a patch into JIRA once I have 
it resolved.
