[Building Sakai] Mneme + Melete + Sakai 2.6

Hi Gerwood!
We are using both Mneme and Melete on Sakai 2.6. However, we had to change
the pom.xml files in order to compile for Sakai 2.6.x.

Please find attached the patches for both. Please keep in mind that we are
using the maintenance branch - if you're using the 2.6.0 tag, you will have
to update the pom.xml to reflect 2.6.0 instead of 2.6.0RC1-SNAPSHOT

We also patched
"melete-impl/src/java/org/etudes/component/app/melete/MeleteSecurityServiceImpl.java"
in order to compile under 2.6.

These are the tags we're using:

*Mneme:*

*Ambrosia (required for Mneme):*
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/etudes/ambrosia/tags/1.2m2

*Melete:*
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/etudes/melete/tags/2.6.0
