[Building Sakai] Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) has on 1.5 JVM

I moved my 10.5 machine to java 1.6 awhile ago since a lot of other
projects are already requiring java 1.6. I would say Sakai needs to at
least try to be 1.6 compatible fairly soon. I created a few issues
about the incompatiblity in JIRA a couple months ago if anyone is
interested in checking those out.
