[Building Sakai] manage group with the new role problem in siteinfo (sakai 2.6)

Hi, all:

I have filed a kernel jira for this problem for future reference: 

KNL-313: site group realm is created based on group template settings, not
the parent site settings, which can cause problem if its parent site has
customized roles
