[Building Sakai] Assignment+Gradebook integration: "Save" grade

Fortunately, this shouldn't be a problem for Assignment2 tool, since all
the grading work is done in Gradebook tool helper. You can see the design
document for Assignment tool here:

Since svn is down for the moment, I will attach one old copy of this doc
