[Building Sakai] Test and Quizzes in 2.5.0: Comment sometimes disappearing

Hello.

This is quite a hard bug to reproduce, but when it occurs it's quite nasty.

In test and quizzes, when viewing results there's an email link, a lot of
fields and then at the end a comment field. Sometimes, I've yet to determine
under what circumstances, if you enter something in the comment field and
click "Email" the comments will either disappear or be assigned to another
user.

Most of the time it works correctly, but sometimes the above happens. I
haven't been able to figure out exactly what's causing it. I tried searching
for it on http://jira.sakaiproject.org/ but found no matches. Is this a known
bug and have it been fixed in later releases?

If needed I can provide screenhots and various logs.
