[Building Sakai] Equations in Mneme and Elsewhere

Like Adrian [1], I too am interested in what equation
editor(s)/renderer(s) people are using, but in Sakai generally not just
in Mneme. Since this is really a different question, I thought it best
to not hijack Adrian's thread.

I'm aware of the sferyx option [2] and the WebEQ (now MathFlow?) options
[3,4] and I know wiki supports TeX+jsMath. Are those the options people
are generally using, or something else (WIRIS, DragMath, ASCIIMathML,
...)? Do people generally settle on one solution, or use different
editors/renderers in different contexts, e.g. assignment authoring vs
assignment submission?

Thanks much.
