[Building Sakai] transfer of site from one sakai to another

Hi Gimmi,

You could transfer resources between servers via WebDAV, that should  
be relatively painless. Just mount both sites and drag and drop.  
Moving other data is a bit more difficult. What exactly do you want to  
move? Everything?
