[Building Sakai] transfer of site from one sakai to another

Hi Friends,

Is there any possibility of transferring the site of a particular course
from one existing sakai to the another sakai which is installed on another
server?
or can I transfer resources of a site to the other sakai on the different
server ?
If YES than how I do that?
