[Building Sakai] how to access sakai 2.5.5 services?

Dear all,
I am new in Sakai, i have a problem in using Sakai service. Can anyone tell me how to inject sakai services into a sakai application? For example, i want to use the AuthzGroupService, which xml files i have to re-config and how to config them? Are there any document about this?
I am using Sakai 2.5.5, Eclipse with Sakai app buider plugin.
