[Building Sakai] Nightly2 trunk build broken?

That was my speculation something about a plugin bug or some weirdness
like that.

I have ruled out that is the new standard-tool pom parents for common
and search.

to test your postulation I've removed search from the build - lets see
if that changes the result ....
