[Building Sakai] Sakai 2+ 3 hybrid: 403 on /sakai-login-tool/container

Hi Lance,


Yesterday we managed to make the hybrid instance running locally.
But we still have one problem: we receive an access denied exception  
when we go to :8080/sakai-login-tool/container.

When I browsed to [1] yesterday, I noticed you had the same problem.
But this morning everything was working.

Did you change anything to make this work or did you just restarted  
apache / executed your script again?
I couldn't see any changes on [2].
