[Building Sakai] Build error in sections module sakai 2.6.1

I can't change the master pom for Sakai 2.6.1 (you'll have to comment  
the repo out locally) but I will see if I can find out about the  
status of the myfaces repo and if appropriate remove it from trunk and  
the 2.5.x 2.6.x, 2.7.x master poms.  It might turn out to be just a  
glitch in Apache's infrastructure that will soon be corrected.

I've updated the Sakai Maven2 repo and it now includes tomahawk 1.1.3:

http://source.sakaiproject.org/maven2/org/apache/myfaces/tomahawk/tomahawk/

See if you can build 2.6.1 now.  Report back any other failures.
