[Building Sakai] Fonts for FCK Special Characters

Hi all,

Sometimes when you use some of the "Special Characters" in FCK's dialog, 
and later try to save that edited content in a PDF, PDF readers like 
Acrobat Reader on Windows sometimes ask to download Japanese and/or Korean.

I'm sure there must be a smaller fontset that could be embedded in the 
PDF to avoid this.  Has anyone run into this, and can you recommend a 
font that will render everything from the FCK Special Characters dialog?
