[Building Sakai] Agora Functionality

Hi Gopal,
A few things you may want to try/check:

   - Make sure everything was properly configured when building Agora:
   https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/agora/trunk/BUILDING.txt
   - Make sure these ports are open on the server with your tomcat:
   http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/confluence/display/AGORA/firewall_setup
   - Make sure these ports are open on your client machine:
   http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/confluence/display/AGORA/How+to+setup+your+Agora+Client
   - Create a new meeting (instead of broadcast) so all users participating
   can interact (avoids the "reception only mode")
