[Building Sakai] is trunk broken?

Hi Matthew,

Your quite right the upgrade of the assembly plugin from 2.2-beta2 to
2.2-beta3 led to an error in creating the tomcat overlay. I have
reverted this and am updating the kernel snapshot - it should be in the
repo in about 30 minutes.
