[Building Sakai] Mailtool for 2.6

Thanks guys for trying to revive Mailtool for newer Sakai. I haven't tried
it... I will take closer looks if Mailtool can be usable.... Even though ...
it is officially dropped from the default sakai tools for 2.6. BTW I haven't
done any for a long time. I believe... MailSender should be used from 2.6
according to its extensive functionalites(including all features of
Mailtool) and better design.
