[Building Sakai] Deleted assignments are showing back up

Hey folks,
As we¹re preparing for our 2.6 upgrade, we¹ve noticed some issues that are
slightly concerning.  It revolves around the differences between the way
assignments were deleted prior to 2.6.  It seems that assignments that were
deleted are now showing back up.  Is this what is supposed to happen, or is
there some ³conversion² that we need to run?

As an FYI, http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-14547 is the jira
for this change in behavior.
